You show us your space — live
Just pan the camera around the kitchen once, and your adviser will see the windows, connections, alcoves and the sloping ceiling. That way, right from the very start, we’ll be discussing your actual space rather than a generic floor plan.

Your consultant will share their screen: you’ll see your kitchen take shape in 3D, try out different floor plans, fronts and worktops, and see every change instantly.

Is it really possible to design a kitchen via video?
The planning itself: yes, comprehensive. We’ll assess your space, take your measurements and design your kitchen in 3D whilst you watch. Feeling the fronts and seeing the colours in natural light — that’s why a visit to the showroom is still worthwhile. You can combine both approaches.
How do I join the video call?
You’ll receive a link by email with your appointment confirmation. Click on it at the agreed time, and you’ll be in. Mobile phones and tablets work too — they’re actually more practical, as they make it easier for you to move around the room.
What should I have to hand beforehand?
You don’t have to provide anything, but everything helps: a floor plan, a few measurements, photos, and any ideas you’ve gathered. And if all you’ve got is your mobile and your kitchen, that’s more than enough for the first appointment.
How long does a video consultation take?
Allow about an hour. That’s usually enough time for a good initial design.
Is there a charge for the video consultation?
No. Consultation and site measurements are always included — even via video.
Will measurements still be taken at my home?
Yes. Once your kitchen design is finalised, our measurement partner POS will visit you — even if your old kitchen is still in place. It takes 30 to 45 minutes and is included in the price.
What about delivery and fitting?
The kitchen will be fitted by our joiners at Ehrmann, if you wish. You can put together your HejCare packages to suit your needs — your adviser will give you a clear breakdown of the costs during your appointment.
