The duration of your consultation appointment depends entirely on your planning - depending on how extensive your ideas and your living circumstances are. A good kitchen cannot simply be planned on the side. That's why we take enough time for you to work with us to plan exactly the kitchen that your life deserves. This may well take three to four hours.

You can pay for your kitchen by EC cash, credit card, PayPal or direct debit. Woll you prefer to pay for your new kitchen in instalments, we also offer financing. You can find more information about our financing options here.

When you buy a kitchen from us, the measurement by our POS service provider is always included. In the worst-case scenario, measuring errors can lead to your kitchen not fitting exactly. Rooms with sloping ceilings, height differences or angles are particularly difficult to measure. That's why you get the measurements at no extra cost: you and we can rest easy knowing that everything is guaranteed to fit. Our service provider POS collects all the data we need - using a 3D laser. Cool, isn't it?

Our POS service provider will come to your home to take the measurements. The whole process is not only particularly quick, but also guarantees that your kitchen is measured without any errors. The room doesn't even have to be empty - POS can take exact measurements even if your old kitchen is still in use at the time. POS can collect all the necessary data within 30 - 45 minutes. So you can leave your folding rule behind and sit back while we make sure that your kitchen will fit perfectly later.

If you have your kitchen delivered to your home, it will cost you €99. Your kitchen packages will be delivered to the designated room - as long as you make sure that our fitters have enough space to get into your kitchen.

This depends on the kitchen you put together with us. However, it usually takes around six weeks from ordering to delivery of your kitchen.

The cost of installing your kitchen depends on the size of the kitchen you have planned. Assembly costs €495 for a kitchen unit, €595 for an L-shaped kitchen and €695 for an island or U-shaped kitchen.

Connecting your HEJ appliances costs €195. This includes both the electrical and water connections.

If you have your own devices that you have not purchased from us, we can only connect them if they are still in their original packaging.

On the morning of delivery, you will receive a call from us to make sure that you are at home for the delivery. As soon as we arrive with your kitchen, you won't have to worry about a thing. Our professionals will install your kitchen, connect your new appliances and make sure you're ready to go. They will also lay out a carpet in their work area to ensure that nothing is damaged. And best of all, we won't leave you alone after the installation. At the handover, we'll show you the most important functions of your new kitchen and give you a few practical tips to help you find your way around right from the start. So you can start cooking straight away and enjoy your new kitchen to the full!

If your kitchen is delivered by an Ehrmann lorry or a fitter wearing an Ehrmann shirt, don't be surprised - it's a good sign! Our co-operation with Ehrmann brings almost 30 years of concentrated experience in the kitchen business. This means you can look forward to real professionals who know how to deliver and install kitchens properly.

When we install your kitchen, we will of course take your packaging waste with us and ensure that it is disposed of properly. This means you can concentrate fully on your new kitchen without having to worry about waste.

We will be happy to take your old appliances with us when we deliver your kitchen and dispose of them professionally. This means you don't have to google the nearest recycling centre or watch your old oven gather dust in the cellar - instead, you can concentrate fully on your new appliances!

Yes, if you don't want to go to the trouble of waiting for the next bulky waste collection or hiring a van, we can also dispose of your kitchen for you. Whether you just want to get rid of a few cupboards or the whole kitchen - we will take the old items off your hands and ensure that they are disposed of professionally and in an environmentally friendly manner. Disposal takes place from the kerbside and costs €200. You do the dismantling, we take care of the disposal - it can be that easy to make space for your new dream kitchen!

Of course! If you prefer to pick up the tools yourself to look into the astonished faces of your guests when you boast that you have assembled your kitchen yourself, that's no problem either. Our carcasses even arrive pre-assembled! This means that pull-outs, doors and fronts are already assembled, which speeds up the assembly process considerably. If the assembly of your kitchen is still too stressful for you, we will be happy to do it for you.
